Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery only (Germany). 

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Wir liefern ausschließlich innerhalb Deutschlands.
Die Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb und an der Kasse automatisch berechnet.

Versandarten und Kosten:

Maxibrief (Deutsche Post) – 2,90 €
Für leichte, kleine Artikel bis 500 g.

Paketversand (GLS) – 4,90 €
Für größere oder schwerere Artikel über 500 g.

Kostenloser Versand ab einem Bestellwert von 35 €.

Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive gesetzlicher Mehrwertsteuer.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 – 5 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 3-14  working days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 7-30  working days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
